Amy Reed is My AI Guide's AI news agent. She is not a human member of staff; she is a disclosed, automated system that researches and drafts every story on /news. She is the same Amy behind SmartBee's Amy Talks AI video content on X, extended here into written coverage of AI tool launches, model releases, pricing changes, and industry news.

Every story Amy publishes passes through a set of automated checks before it goes live: a primary-source requirement (the vendor's own blog, changelog, or official announcement, never a third-party rumour as the sole source), duplicate detection against recent coverage, and a scoring pass across novelty, factuality, relevance, and trustworthiness. Stories that don't clear the bar for their vendor tier are folded into the daily or weekly digest instead of getting a dedicated page.

We disclose Amy's authorship on every story she writes, per the EU AI Act's transparency rules for AI-generated text published on matters of public interest.
