1. Who we are

My AI Guide (myaiguide.co) is operated by A Hive Mind Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Contact us at legal@smartbee.build.

2. What data we collect

• Email address: only if you subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics data: page views, navigation, and device type, collected only with your consent. See section 3 for which services are used.

We do not collect names, payment details, or any sensitive personal data.

3. Analytics cookies (consent required)

We only activate analytics if you accept cookies. These services may set cookies on your device:

• Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager): page traffic and behaviour. Google Privacy Policy
• Microsoft Clarity: session recordings and heatmaps. Microsoft Privacy Statement

5. Newsletter

Newsletter email addresses are processed by Beehiiv (USA) under Standard Contractual Clauses for UK/EEA transfers. We use your email only to send the newsletter you subscribed to.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you purchase through them, we may earn a commission. Affiliate link clicks are tracked anonymously, and we do not share any personally identifiable information with affiliate partners.

7. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

• Consent: analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity, PostHog)
• Contract: newsletter delivery to subscribers
• Legitimate interests: security logging, cookieless analytics (Vercel), business visitor identification (see section 4)

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, erase, port, rectify, object to, or restrict processing of your personal data. Email legal@smartbee.build and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
