Sarvam AI is India's full-stack sovereign AI platform, founded in 2023 by ex-Microsoft Research and IIT alumni and now serving Tata Capital, SBI Life, and the Ministry of Agriculture. The 105B-parameter Sarvam-105B model launched in 2026 and is the first frontier-class LLM trained primarily on Indian languages, infrastructure, and cultural context.
